Our business exists to help some of the brightest digital, creative, and media businesses throughout the UK with all aspects of their financial operations. Our services range from data integrity to financial reporting, tax, and business advisory.

What you’ll do

You will be at the very start of your accountancy career and will assist with practice and client administration tasks whilst learning on-the-job as well as studying towards your AAT qualification. Your duties will include:

• Assist client and practice administration tasks
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounts preparation work
• Chase up missing information on a regular basis
• Create and maintain accurate client records on our CRM system
• Contribute to the improvement of our internal processes
• Build great relationships with colleagues and clients

What you’ll need

• Strong GCSE/A-Level results in Maths and English (Business Studies would be desirable also)
• Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
• A high attention to detail and great problem-solving skills
• A desire to do things right, always
• An eye for automation and efficiency
• A thirst for learning new things

What you’ll get

• £12-14k per annum (depending on qualification and experience)
• Full on-the-job training will be provided
• Funded training towards your AAT qualification
